What is drip?
You can say that drip consists of three definitions. First, we call it a way of brewing coffee, which is a pour-over method. In short, it means that we pour hot water in portions over ground coffee placed in a filter and wait for it to flow through. Thanks to this method, we obtain a clear infusion with a delicate taste and aroma. Secondly, we use the word “dripper” to define the vessel we use to prepare our coffee. It usually has a conical shape and is made of various materials, such as porcelain, metal, or PVC. Thirdly, the name drip defines the type of coffee we can drink, for example, in a café. Despite the fact that it seems complicated, the most important thing is that drip is simply delicious coffee!
